We wanted to make you aware that on or after October 30, 2018, Caller ID will no longer be available with your Fios® TV service. Caller ID will continue to work as usual on your home phone, but will no longer appear on your TV screen. If you’d like to continue to have Caller ID appear on your TV, you will need to order Fios Digital Voice.
