I received this as a replacement for faulty powerstation purchased earlier. Customer service has been prompt & professional in helping me get the replacement. The powerstation is really helpful since my Samsung S9 drains around 2pm due to extensive usage. it can charge the phone 2x before it requires charging. The 2 charging ports make it convenient to charge accessories such as headphones or GoPro. Build quality is superb, and it is lightweight for a 10,000 mAh power bank. I definitely recommend this product!
