I’ve had the first gen AirPods for two years and have noticed around the one year mark the sound in the buds would become less and less. The right bud was substantially lower in volume than the right bud. I would have to raise the volume almost to max to hear anything clearly, since I do live in NYC and it’s noisy. A friend told me about these JBL’s, so I took a look. I have been really impressed because they are comfortable, block out any excess noise and are easy to pair with my iPhone.
