I have had this phone for a year now and my friend also has one and they have both worked extremely well. I would like to say if you are choosing where to buy this phone make sure to check and see if it says that the phone comes with the face scan to unlock if it does not the screen is a 3rd party screen and if it brakes the apple store can not fix it but I have found no such problems with this phone 10/10 would recommend!

I had to buy my xr labeled as good condition, on the my Verizon app sadly it cost 100 dollars more. Not a single scratch, dint or anything, came with a usb-c charger( would have preferred the normal usb) no charging block, no headphones, no headphone jack adapter. Don’t remember seeing anything saying what came with the phone and what didn’t. All in all very happy

I had to return the first phone I received due to sound issues. I brought my last phone certified pre-owned and did not have any issues at all. I mean it is pre-owned so I was not surprised. The second phone they sent works great, no issues, no marks on the phone it looks new. I am happy with my purchase and saved me a some money as well going this route. I gave 4 stars because of the first one I received, but Verizon customer service was great to help me to get another phone.

I bought this phone around October. It was good for like 2 months. Then, out of nowhere it started have a red background image. I don’t really know how to explain it, so I’ll give an example. If I was looking up something on safari and then went to YouTube I would see red background of what I was doing on safari. I don’t know how to fix this. If you want to buy please read this.
