Samsung Galaxy Book S

I finally picked up the Book S, and I could not be happier! I am a user in the target audience of the Windows on ARM universe. This is a great ultralight for a road warrior user of Internet and Microsoft365 as their 90% solution. Since all of my paperwork is online and thru Outlook and Teams, it's a perfect fit. Coupled with an Arc Mouse, it's the Ultimate Solution for me. VERY Fast wake & response, great Battery Life, nice crisp video, and excellent audio for a 2 pound productivity tool!! My ONLY demerit is no Pen Support, which would take this over the top.

I have been using this laptop for school the past several months and I am in absolute love with it. The best running laptop I have had by a mile!!

I absolutely love my new Samsung Galaxy Book S! It has a lightning quick processor. It is very sleek in design and not clunky like some other laptops. When you’re on the go this will not let you down, it will go all day long on a full charge. It is also super convenient with it having touch screen, so you can either go the way of touch screen or the more traditional keyboard. I have zero complaints about this device, Samsung hit it out of the park with this one. Definitely a five star product!

'I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback' we got this for my husband to use for school work. He's been using every day for school and loves it. It runs really fast and he loves the ability to seamlessly transition between the TouchPad and touch screen. The screen responds like a tablet but it still functions like a laptop. The battery has been lasting about a week with several hours of use a day. The processer allows web pages to load quickly and handle all the research quickly. It's light enough to be carried around and used anywhere but still feels sturdy. Crystal clear screen makes videos vibrant and they sound great too.

I needed a laptop I could take on the go for school. I decided to go with the Samsung over the Flex due to I have a Samsung phone. The battery life is awesome. I just did a zoom meeting and it didn't seem to waste much battery. Its super light and makes portability easy. This i would say is perfect for students on the go, but if you want to do hard-core programming I'd suggest a gamer laptop. This is perfect for notes and papers on the go. I'll need to upgrade when I get to my hard-core CS classes but I'm definitely keeping this one because its portability and battery and display are great for what I use it for.

I am very pleased with Samsung's Galaxy Book S laptop. First of all, the laptop's battery life is impressive. I use my laptop a lot for work - from Zoom meetings to writing endless documents and I didn't need to worry about changing the computer. Even with heavy use, this laptop can go a couple of days between charging which is quite impressive. Many laptops on the market can be quite heavy. Not this laptop. It's thin and light. It is incredibly portable. Due to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx processor, it is an ARM-based processor that is the same type that's used inside smartphones and tablets. This gives Samsung the capability to shrink the overall size (no use of fans!) The laptop is roughly 2 pounds so, at times, I even forgot my laptop was inside my purse. The touchscreen display was incredibly helpful. The display is 13.3 inch touchscreen and the display was a standard (1920×1080). Watching videos was a breeze. The display actually looks very crisp. As far as sound is concerned, it was very powerful. I was amazed especially since the laptop is very thin, I was surprised on the booming sound that came from the laptop. The web cam is 720 HD (above the display) and was very helpful during those many Zoom meetings. The keyboard is sort of shallow and it requires very little pressure to activate. The keys jump right back up immediately. I type a lot and I find that many keyboards can be very loud. Not this laptop. Overall, I really like this laptop. Apps work very well and amazingly fast. This laptop is certainly best for anyone on the move! My only con is that the charger can be quite flimsy. However, if you own one of the later Samsung Galaxy phones (I have the Samsung Galaxy S9), you can also use your charger to charge this laptop, which is pretty cool.
