I purchased the “Good” condition of this IPhone XS Max and it came in “very good condition. They always do! Save your money. My phone came the next day, literally. Ordered Thursday 20th, it came Friday 21st via Fed ex. So far so good, pretty speedy, everything works as it should, Siri, Face ID, sound. It’s gets an A+ from me. Also came with a charger and the cube piece. That’s it.

I looked through a lot of different phones when I was trying to decide on a new one to buy. I've had an iphone 6 plus since 2016 and only recently was able to purchase a new one, coronavirus check, and I can't express how great this phone is. Honestly, I wish it had said "Like New" because there wasn't a scratch on this phone and it was in near perfect condition. Upgrading to this phone was the best thing I could've done and I'm glad I chose to go through Verizon to make my purchase. I was essentially thinking about going through Amazon, but the reviews made me feel unsure and I trust Verizon, they've been a fantastic company to work with and have been a great service provider. The iphone XS Max went way beyond my expectations and I'm happy that I purchased this phone. I'm looking forward to learning more about it, but it's been an easy adjustment and has been a wonderful phone with no flaws or issues so far. Thank you, Verizon.

Ordered a 256GB XS Max space gray pre-owned in great condition on sunday night, and i had it on tuesday. Speedy service. The condition of the phone is perfect. If i opened it out of an apple box i would of thought it was a new device. Activation was as easy as inserting the included sim card in the phone, and powering it on! Transfer process from a 7+ was also super simple, just place the phone near each other, click a couple prompts, and a little time later, everything is copied over to your new Iphone! The 6.5 inch screen on the XS max is beautiful, full, vibrant and some of the deepest blacks i have ever seen on a smartphone. Picks up service very well Clear, loud stereo speakers 95% battery health on this unit. overall i am very please with the service at Verizon, and this great condition phone.

It got to my house it too days, ordered very good, it has no markings, scratches, dents or scruffs!!! Beautiful color, everything included! Very happy!

First of all, my grandma has this phone in 512 GB Silver. I'm getting this soon and since I've been using my grandma's phone because it is the XS Max I have a good review on it. It's not even that big for my hands. You would think 6.5 inches would be a little big but it really isn't! The battery is ok. I can last 4-6 hours usually. The display looks quite modern with its OLED so if feels like an iPhone 12 at an extremely good price. The colors are really pretty too. The gold and the silver ar my favorite. It look really modern. I would recommend spending to $10-$30 USD more for a Dual camera, bigger and more advanced screen, and a bigger battery if you're looking to buy the XR. Great phone for parents looking to ge their kids a phone since it's cheap, fast, no dropped calls and texts almost always send. The phone is great and will last. Since it came out in 2018 it will be supported until 2023!

Beautiful phone with larger screen for my eyes, which is good thing! I went with a so-called refurbished piece that appeared as if it was never used. Great to have the screen go edge to edge and the speed of the phone is simply awesome. I thought my 6Plus was fast. Only disappointment is the battery life. I make sure I close unused apps, limit the amount of time screen stays available when not in use (2 minutes), all the suggestions related to battery longevity is taken. However, the battery appears to drain on its own. I'd give it a 4 for performance if the battery life was just a tad better. Other than (which is a lot me), the phone is sweet.
