Glad I purchased. I had this pre owned 11 pro max for almost a month now and it works good. Battery charges so fast and lasts so long. The iPhone looks brand new. Battery capacity is at 91%. Good buy.

Verizon's Certified Pre-Owned iPhone 11 Pro Max is horrible!

I have now had FOUR of these devices that were bad, and the fifth is on the way; I hope it's a good one! I have experienced several with weak batteries that won't last past lunchtime, one with a touch screen that only worked sometimes and one that would not activate and load apps, even after two -plus hours on the phone with Apple's own tech support. I would get a 12 Pro or 12 Pro Max, but they're not yet being offered as CPO.

1 The display has rounded corners that follow a beautiful curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.46 inches.
