Easy Set Up

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
This has mixed reviews but I guess it's newer which is why it doesnt have many. Anyway just set it up yesterday didnt take long and I plugged it in with the usb charger it gives you so see no reason for the short battery life comments. If your using away from home and not where you can plug in either plug or usb then maybe it may not last long but I'm using mine in my motorhome which always has power and I have connected my ring camera, 2 phones, laptop and firestick all working great. True test will be in a low cell range area but I assume if there's an area w/ no cell signal then I prob wont have good internet either so would expect that. So far very happy and will update as time goes on. Great choice for RV internet
Perfect device for remote connectivity

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I read many of these reviews prior to purchasing and i was a bit nervous about placing the order since there was negative feedback on the product stability (going down, no ability to reboot remotely etc.) and battery life. I am glad I took the chance on the purchase. I have been using this device for about 2 months now continuously to connect a Ring security camera in a detached garage that is too far away to connect to my home WIFI. The device is super easy to set up and the connection is rock solid and the streaming quality (HD) is excellent. It doesn't seem to pick up a 5G connection (yet) but I believe that is more of a coverage issue than a product issue. 4G back-up seems sufficient for now. Of note, I do not operate on battery (always plugged in) so possibly this is adding to the stability. I'll keep monitoring the stability but so far this thing is doing exactly what I need it to do in a very reliable manner.
Easy to use, portable, can be used on wifi or usb

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
This is just what l was looking for. It can give access to multiple devices at the same time, is secure and easy to use. You can be on 2.4GH for older computers or 5G for newer devices in areas that have the newer technology. I am not understanding why people are complaining about the battery issue as it comes with a charge cord you can plug into your laptop or any outlet if you are running security cameras or multiple devices at the same time. If my husband is away the battery lasts all day in the field for one laptop. The screen is user friendly and it’s easy to set up the primary and guest wifi as they have separate codes. All in all a great little mifi.
Excellent Wireless Hotspot for Savvy Technical Users

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
OK, so I just noticed that the start rating for this device was 2.x out of 5 and felt like I should do my part by contributing a review. The lower star rating is highly misleading and I can only assume the negative reviews come from users who have no idea what they are doing and couldn't setup a wireless LAN on a router without the default settings and simplistic wizards and tutorials. I will say that I feel like if you want to use this device to it's fullest ability you'll need to have some technical knowledge or at least know how to research and learn on the fly and will need a bit of local area network knowledge and confidence. When setting it up, remember to connect to the device then use your computer/tablet/phone to access the admin UI as opposed to trying to use the small touch screen on the device. Also remember that you cannot actually break it or mess it up beyond simple repair with configuration mistakes. If you find that you cannot get it back working after making changes just reset it back to factory or, better yet, reset to a backup copy of it's configuration. As far as the device itself, it’s of high quality materials and functions as expected. I am able to connect as many devices as I’ll ever need to connect to it wirelessly and usually have it connected to my MacBook Pro via USB-C to USB-C cable. The 5G speeds in my area seem to be spotty whether using my iPhone, iPad, or this Jetpack so I won’t say much other than to say that the 4G LTE speeds are great. This is a device that you kind of setup and carry with you and should be able to mostly forget about. It should serve its purpose as a connection point to the Internet for many devices, particularly laptops, when mobile and I have to say that it does all of these things and does them well. You really couldn’t ask for too much more in terms of it serving its primary purpose. I have three “wishful thinking” or “nice to have” features I’d like to change/add or update on the next hardware refresh. The first is that I’d like for the device to have a larger capacity battery. While I haven’t had any problems with it draining quickly or going dead in the middle of a work meeting, it does reverse charge (?) your phone or tablet when connected (if you wish, this can be disabled as well) and if you decide to charge another device with it, the battery is going to drain quickly. Second is the touch screen. While I understand that the UI should be used instead of the touch screen, I would still like it to be larger and more responsive to touch. I think it may be resistive touch instead of a capacitive screen and if so, that is what needs to change. Resist touch screens should no longer be installed in anything and should have became extinct in at least 2018. Third wish is my most important in my opinion. I’d like accessories to be included or sold for this device. I should be able to buy a screen protector, case, carry pouch, extra battery or even larger capacity extra battery, etc. etc. etc

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Due to the negative ratings my husband & I were not sure if we wanted to take a chance with this device. But we did purchase it. Worked like a gem. No problems at all. We are Motorhome owners and just returned from staying in Yuma, AZ all winter. Worked great. Will be out west in the Dakotas, Wyoming, and Montana in August. Planning on always having our MiFi M2100 with us. Verizon has always been our carrier of choice for many, many years and haven't let us down with products or service. A big THANK YOU Verizon!!
