Upgraded from from IPhone 7 to IPhone 11 and am still adjusting to features. Found many features easier and camera quality much improved from the 7.

My 7 would not hold a charge and had no space for one more picture

Thought I had a broken screen but it was just my shield, screen protector. Went to the Verizon store they told me it was just a protector that was broken and sold me a new one and installed it quickly. I thought it was a bit expensive but the phone is as good as new.
