The key pad is so easy and nice to type; the rugged case is so easy to move around but protect the iPad. Overall, I love it.

This is the best laptop keyboard and case with a very durable keyboard and cover. The design is very cool and comfortable, and i have had no issues with bluetooth or keyboard buttons.

I want to thank three superbly knowledgeable Solution Specialists at the Herkimer, NY store. Ashley, Chris, and Jamie have done an amazing job of troubleshooting an iPhone 12 issue. We are not talking a ten minute fix. We are talking a significant amount of time spent with just one customer. I so appreciate their expertise and professionalism and most of all their dedication to achieving success. Well done team. Thank you for your help. And additionally thank you to Ashley for her lessons on additional helpful apps. However I do want to mention that the iPhone 12 has a significant issue with the 5G messing with its SIM card which did shut down my phone’s ability to connect to cellular data at all.
