How soon can I have my Fios service installed at my new home?

As soon as you're ready. Once you submit your online order, pick a day closest to your move-in date. We offer night and weekend appointments, and sometimes even same day if available.

Can I take all my services with me?

Most times you can keep your same bundle of services but it depends on what's available at your new location.

Do I need to return my equipment?

It depends. If your new service requires different equipment, then you'll need to return the old equipment but we'll tell you how at the end of your move order. It's super easy!

Can my Fios services be activated at my new home before the current resident moves out?

Unfortunately, no. The current resident must first disconnect their Verizon services. Once you submit your order, we'll contact them to arrange for their services to be disconnected.

What if I need to change my order or change the date?

No worries. We'll send you a reminder a couple days before in case something comes up and you need to make changes.

Offer for new Fios Internet res. customers is non-transferable and has no cash or refund value. Documentation of early termination fee (ETF) for TV, Internet and phone from your prior service provider must be provided w/in 90 days of installation and offer will be fulfilled via bill credit, to your Verizon account, in the amount of the ETF up to $500. You remain solely responsible for paying the ETF to your prior service provider. If you cancel your Verizon service w/in 90 days of installation, the ETF credit will be charged back to your final bill.
