What's the Apple Arcade on us promotion?
You can get Apple Arcade on us for 12 or 6 months when you have or sign up for an eligible Verizon mobile Unlimited plan and enroll in the promotion between 5/25/21 - 8/19/21:
- Play More Unlimited or Get More Unlimited: Get a 12-month subscription to Apple Arcade on an Apple device when you have or sign up for Play More Unlimited or Get More Unlimited.
- Other Unlimited Plans: Get a 6-month subscription to Apple Arcade on Apple device when you have or sign up for any Unlimited mobile plan other than Play More or Get More Unlimited.
You can change your plan in My Verizon.
You are only eligible for one Apple Arcade on us promotion per eligible Verizon account.
After the promotion ends, you'll be subscribed to Apple Arcade and billed $4.99/month plus tax by Apple.
Note: Business accounts and prepaid accounts aren't eligible for the Apple Arcade offer. -
Can I still get the Apple Arcade promotion if I already subscribe to Apple Arcade?
Yes. If you already subscribe to Apple Arcade and are eligible for the promotion, you qualify to get Apple Arcade on us.
Follow the instructions to enroll in Apple Arcade through Verizon and sign in to your existing Apple Arcade account to apply the offer. If you have an existing subscription to Apple Arcade billed by Apple, the subscription through Verizon will immediately replace your existing subscription.

How do I redeem the Apple Arcade promotion using the My Verizon app on an Apple device?
If you have an eligible plan, you can follow these steps:
- Open the My Verizon app.
- Tap the More icon in the lower right of the screen, then tap Add-ons & Apps. You'll be asked to sign in.
- From the Add-ons page, tap Entertainment at the top right of the screen.
- Find the Apple Arcade add-on and tap Learn More.
- Review the Apple Arcade offer details and tap Enroll.
- View your Apple Arcade eligible devices and select Continue.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and tap Redeem Now.
- Confirm your enrollment on the Apple payment sheet.
- You can start playing!
Note: You must be the Account Owner or an Account Manager to enroll.

How do I redeem the Apple Arcade promotion using My Verizon online or an Android™ device?
If you have an eligible plan, you can follow these steps:
- Register or sign in to My Verizon.
- From the top menu, choose Account, then Add-ons & apps.
- On the Apple Arcade banner at the top of the screen, click Learn More.
- Review the offer details and click Get it Now.
- View your Apple Arcade eligible devices and select Continue.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and select Enroll.
- Select an eligible device and select Send Link.
- You will receive a text message on the selected device with a link to the Apple Arcade website, where you can sign in to Apple Arcade or create a new Apple Arcade account.
Note: You must be the Account Owner or an Account Manager, to enroll.

If I already have a promotion through Apple, will I keep that remaining promotion time, in addition to the Verizon promotion?
Yes. You will keep any remaining balance of time from your existing Apple promotion, and your Verizon promotion will be added to that remaining balance.

How many family members can share the Apple Arcade subscription?
The Apple Arcade promotion is for your entire account and can be shared between you and five others on your account through Apple's Family Sharing.

How can I tell if I’m enrolled in the Apple Arcade promotion?
Sign in to your My Verizon account and go to your My Plan page to see your enrollment status.

What happens at the end of the promotion?
When your Apple Arcade promotion ends, you will automatically be billed $4.99/month plus tax by Apple for an Apple Arcade subscription.
You can cancel Apple Arcade at any time. Visit the Apple Arcade website for more details.
Apple Arcade fees are charged monthly in advance and no credits or refunds will be issued for partial or prepaid months after cancellation. -
What if I upgrade my Unlimited plan to Play More or Get More during a 6-month promotion?
You will remain on the original 6-month promotion.

What happens if I get the Apple Arcade promotion and I cancel or change my Unlimited phone plan?
If you cancel your qualifying Verizon service, you will continue to receive the Apple Arcade promotion for the original promotional period, through Apple.
If you cancel your Unlimited plan, you will still be billed by Apple when the promotional period ends. -
What if I cancel Verizon service altogether?
If you cancel your Verizon service entirely, you will continue to receive the Apple Arcade promotion for the original promotional period, through Apple.
If you cancel your Verizon service, you will still be billed by Apple when the promotional period ends. -
What happens to my Apple Arcade promotion if I need to suspend my Verizon service?
If you suspend your Verizon service, your original Apple Arcade promotion end-date does not change. It will continue to run through the time that your account is suspended.
