How to switch to Verizon Cloud

Download content from other cloud providers

For your convenience, here's some information to help you download your digital memories from other storage locations.

To transfer your content to Verizon Cloud:

  1. Download content from any other cloud providers to your computer or mobile device with these instructions:
  2. Then set up Verizon Cloud on your mobile device or computer.

Your content will automatically start uploading to Verizon Cloud.

Amazon

Download your photos and videos from your Amazon account to your computer using the following instructions on Amazon’s website:

Then, download and set up Verizon Cloud on your mobile device or computer. Your content will automatically start uploading to Verizon Cloud.

Dropbox

Download your photos and videos from your Dropbox account to your computer using the following instructions on the Dropbox website:

  1. How to download a file or folder from Dropbox to your computer.
  2. Then, download and set up Verizon Cloud on your mobile device or computer. Your content will automatically start uploading to Verizon Cloud.

Google

Download your files from Google to your computer or mobile device using the following instructions on Google’s website:

  1. Download photos, videos and documents to your device.
  2. Then, download and set up Verizon Cloud on your mobile device or computer. Your content will automatically start uploading to Verizon Cloud.

iCloud

Download your photos and videos from iCloud to your computer or mobile device using the following instructions on Apple’s website:

  1. Download iCloud photos and videos.
  2. Then, download and set up Verizon Cloud on your mobile device or computer. Your content will automatically start uploading to Verizon Cloud.

Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint

Download your files from OneDrive or Sharepoint to your computer or mobile device by following these instructions:

  1. Download files and folders from OneDrive or SharePoint.
  2. Then, download and set up Verizon Cloud on your mobile device or computer. Your content will automatically start uploading to Verizon Cloud.
