Just installed this thermostat with our new system a few weeks ago and it works great! Just make sure to check the compatibility before you buy it since it doesn’t work with every system. Love having access to the temp in the house via the app when I’m away as well.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
It's been a couple of weeks now and this thing has been awesome! Definitely recommend, if only Verizon had the Best Thermostat Gen3 I would have gotten that instead! I will say if it isn't working when you get it, you may just need to plug it into a charger to get it going. Then you should be good to go!
Nest E is Great for 2nd System - Using 3rd Generation for Primary System

I purchased the Nest E Thermostat to control a smaller A/C and Heating system that is being used for the addition we put on our home back in 2003. I have a Nest 3rd Generation that I installed a few weeks ago for my main Heating & Cooling system which was not compatible with the Nest E. TIP: USE THE COMPATIBILITY CHECKER ON THE NEST WEBSITE TO ENSURE YOUR SYSTEM IS COMPATIBLE BEFORE PURCHASING. Many larger systems that use multi-stage fans, Emergency heat, or humidifiers/dehumidifiers may not be compatible with the Nest E. The 3rd Generation Nest is compatible with just about everything out there. Since the Nest E is about $70 cheaper than the 3rd Generation, I was pleased to see it was compatible with my system and I'm very satisfied with it's performance and capabilities. It does not have ALL the features of the 3rd Generation, but it performs well. For example, the Nest "E" DOES NOT enable you to view the HUMIDITY level inside your home. This feature is currently only available with the Nest 3G.

I bought this after looking at all the available information and got it and looked and it’s not compatible with dual transformer systems. Might need to post about the compatibility
