We get it—there are a lot of scammers and solicitors out there. No worries, you'll be able to identify our friendly Fios sales agents because they will usually appear:
Wearing a badge with their name, the Verizon logo, and their vendor's name.
Wearing Verizon branded apparel such as shirts, jackets, hats and vests.
If you're not home or available when a Fios sales rep stops by, they may leave materials and/or a timeframe when they'll be back in your neighborhood. This will give you the chance to look through the information and be ready with questions the next time they knock.
