As the primary account holder, you can create other sub-accounts for your employees. You can also grant a sub-account holder administrative access to view the bill, or bill pay rights to pay the bill online. Note: sub-account creation and management is only available to Fios TV customers.
Before you begin, remember:
- You'll create a separate user profile for each sub-account. Each profile includes a separate Verizon User name, password, and secret question. Only the primary account holder has the ability to modify the sub-account's profile information.
- If you share a computer with different sub-account holders, make sure each sub-account holder exits their account and closes the active browser window. These actions keep their account private and not accessible to other sub-account holders that may use the same computer to log in and access their own Verizon sub-account.
Note: Only Primary and Administrator account users can make changes to sub-accounts.
