The Message Center shows you all new messages as well as messages you've received in the last 30 days. To view your messages in the Message Center, follow the instructions below:

1. Press the Menu button on your remote control and press OK/Select.
   
   
2. Select Messages and press OK/Select.
   
   If you have messages, a list of messages appears on the screen.
   
   
3. Select the message you want to view and press OK/Select.
   
   
4. Once you have read the message, you can: 
   
   
   • Close the message:
     This keeps the message on your message list for 30 days.
     
     
   • Delete the message:
     This deletes the message from your message list immediately.
     
     
   • Keep as New:
     Keeps the message in your message list until you delete the message.

Note:
Depending on your remote control, you'll need to press either the OK button or the Select button to confirm your menu choices.

If you have any unread messages, there is an envelope icon that appears in the Messages section of the Media Guide. Press OK/Select to view the message.

Once there, you can use the up and down arrows to browse all messages or delete messages that you no longer want to keep.

The indicator light lets you know that you have a message from Verizon waiting for you in the Message Center.

This is a Fios TV feature that helps keep you informed about what's happening with Fios TV. You'll receive messages about upcoming changes, new features, channel information, and other news about your Fios TV service.

To access your messages:

1. Press the Menu button on your remote control.


2. Choose Message Center.
