Effective March 12, 2021, our new Verizon Customer Agreement and Service Terms for Verizon Wireline residential customers replaces the Terms of Service for Fios High Speed Internet and Value Added Services, Fios TV, Fios Home Phone (formerly known as Fios Digital Voice), and Fios Prepaid services. This reformatted Customer Agreement combines the common legal terms for all these Verizon products and services and includes the product service terms as Exhibits.
