Effective May 18, 2007, Verizon will no longer provide support for Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition (SE) and Windows Me (Millennium Edition) with Verizon FiOS Internet. On July 11, 2006, Microsoft discontinued support for the operating systems, and you will no longer be able to receive support or security updates from Microsoft.
