If you would like to order a Pay-Per-View event you can purchase it at verizon.com/Ondemand/Payperview/Home or through your Fios TV. Please tune to channel 1000 (SD) or channel 1001 (HD) and follow the prompts to make your purchase there.
If you are getting an error message when you try and purchase a Pay-Per-View event, please use your remote to channel up a few channels and then return to the channel you were on. That should clear the error and allow you to make the purchase.
To order a Pay-Per-View (PPV) event, you first must navigate to the PPV content that you want to order. You can do this in a couple of ways:
Select a PPV Event by Upcoming Shows or Search
- Press the Menu button on your remote control.
- Use the Arrow buttons to highlight Settings and press OK or Select.
- Select Pay-Per-View.
- Select either Upcoming Shows or Search by Content Type.
- Follow the onscreen prompts for more information on the PPV event and to place your order.
Select a PPV Event through the channel listings
If you know the channel where the PPV event will air, you can navigate to that channel and select Watch to order the event.
Important: If you have Parental Controls enabled, you may have to enter your PIN to view or purchase PPV events.
I tried to order a PPV event through the Fios TV Menu but it wouldn't let me

Note: Pay-Per-View (PPV) and subscription or fee-based On Demand are not permitted for viewing in restaurants, bars, or customer service or public areas.
