If you would like to order a Pay-Per-View event you can purchase it at verizon.com/Ondemand/Payperview/Home or through your Fios TV. Please tune to channel 1000 (SD) or channel 1001 (HD) and follow the prompts to make your purchase there.

If you are getting an error message when you try and purchase a Pay-Per-View event, please use your remote to channel up a few channels and then return to the channel you were on. That should clear the error and allow you to make the purchase.

To order a Pay-Per-View (PPV) event, you first must navigate to the PPV content that you want to order. You can do this in a couple of ways:

Select a PPV Event by Upcoming Shows or Search

1. Press the Menu button on your remote control.
2. Use the Arrow buttons to highlight Settings and press OK or Select.
3. Select Pay-Per-View.
4. Select either Upcoming Shows or Search by Content Type.
5. Follow the onscreen prompts for more information on the PPV event and to place your order.

Select a PPV Event through the channel listings

If you know the channel where the PPV event will air, you can navigate to that channel and select Watch to order the event.

Important: If you have Parental Controls enabled, you may have to enter your PIN to view or purchase PPV events.

I tried to order a PPV event through the Fios TV Menu but it wouldn't let me

There are two main reasons why you may have a problem ordering an On Demand or Pay-Per-View program:

• Technical Issues
• Problem with your account

Technical Issues

To ensure that the problem isn't a technical issue, please reset your equipment. That usually clears any technical problem that is preventing you from ordering or viewing On Demand or Pay-Per-View content.

If you are getting an error message when you try and purchase a Pay-Per-View event, please use your remote to channel up a few channels and then return to the channel you were on.  That should clear the error and allow you to make the purchase.

Account Issues:
If resetting your equipment did not resolve the problem, there could be an issue with your account. Typical account issues are:

• If you are a Business Customer and if you subscribe to Private Viewing, your Fios TV service must not be viewable from any customer service or other public area. All Private Viewing customers who wish to enable PPV/On Demand, must go to MY Business Portal to review, and accept the conditions for Private Use Only. If you do not already have a My Business Portal Account, you must first register an account.
• If you are a Business Customer and if you have televisions for your business in areas which are viewable by your customers (clients, patients, patrons) or the public you are not permitted to order or view Pay-Per-View (PPV) and subscriptions or fee-based On Demand.
• Your PIN needs to be reset.
• There is a billing issue with your account preventing you from ordering non-free On Demand or PPV content.
• You are attempting to watch an On Demand program from a premium channel in which you are not a current subscriber.

Even if you order the event on multiple receivers within your home, your account will only be charged once.

I incorrectly ordered an On Demand or PPV program in the wrong video format (SD/HD) or for the wrong date (Live/Replay).
If you have mistakenly ordered a PPV replay instead of the live event, you can correct your order by following the appropriate instructions below.

If you have mistakenly ordered the HD version of a VOD or PPV program when you meant to purchase the SD version (or vice versa), you can correct your order by following the appropriate instructions below.

Your Fios TV provides On Demand video that you can access through your remote control at any time.

To access On Demand programming:

1. From your remote control, press the Menu button and use the arrow buttons to select On Demand, then press OK/Select.
   
   Note: Depending on the type of remote control you have, you'll need to press either the OK or Select button to make a selection. Alternatively, your remote control may have a On Demand button. If so, you can press that button for quick access to On Demand content.
   
   On Demand selections are identified as free, subscription-based, or require a one-time fee.
2. To view an On Demand program, use the arrow buttons to highlight the program you want to watch and press OK/Select.
   
   The video you select is available for you to view for 24 hours from the time you initiate the selection. After 24 hours, you need to re-select the video if you want to see it again. If there is a fee for viewing the video, your account will be charged again if you re-select it after the initial 24-hour period has expired.

Note: Pay-Per-View (PPV) and subscription or fee-based On Demand are not permitted for viewing in restaurants, bars, or customer service or public areas.

Occasionally, you may experience issues when you attempt to access On Demand programming. Usually the issue can be resolved by doing the following:

1. Unplug your router for 30 seconds.
2. Plug your router back in and try to view the On Demand program again.

Other things to check:

• If you have a Network Interface Module (NIM) at your location, make sure it is plugged in and all connections to it are secure.
• Check your router to make sure all connections are correct and secure.
• Make sure you have access to the On Demand programming you want to view. For example, to watch a premium On Demand program, you must be a premium channel subscriber.
• If you have a VoIP router, make sure the router Verizon provided you is connected first (before the VoIP router). Not doing so can degrade the quality of both your On Demand and Internet service.

To access subscription On Demand programming from premium channels, you must first subscribe to that premium package before watching the content. Simply follow the onscreen prompts to add a premium channel for a nominal monthly fee.

If you know the channel where the PPV event will air,

• Navigate to that channel and select Watch to order the event
  1. HD channel 1001
  2. SD channel 1000

To search for the event, using your remote control, press:

• Menu > Pay Per View > Upcoming Special Events, Shows or Search follow the onscreen prompts for more information on the PPV events and to place an order

Note: You can only view the content in the format that it was ordered, either HD or SD.

To use Fios On Demand, using your Fios remote control:

• Press  On Demand button, then use the arrow keys to navigate the categories, or
• Menu > On Demand > follow the onscreen prompts

To use Fios On Demand online go to Watch Fios TV and log into your account to access this feature.

Note: Rented content that you select is only available to view for 48 hours from the time you initiate the selection. If there is a fee for viewing the content, your account will be charged. If you re-select the content after the initial 48-hour period has expired, you will be charged again.

If you’re unable to view On Demand or place a PPV order:

• try to reset your equipment
• unplug the power cord from the router
• wait 10 seconds and plug the power cord back into the router

If this doesn’t work, there are several reasons why you could be experiencing this problem.

• Parent Controls: If Parental Controls are enabled, enter your PIN to view or purchase the program.
• Credit Limit or Fraud Block: Verizon restricts additional rentals when credit limits are reached or a fraud block is placed on the account. When this happens contact the Usage Verification Center at 866.266.3424.
• You may not subscribe to the premium package that you are trying to view: To subscribe to that premium package simply follow the onscreen prompts and add it for a nominal monthly fee.

If you mistakenly ordered an event in SD instead of HD (or vice versa), you can correct your order by following the appropriate instructions below:

• On Demand, you will need to call 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966) to correct your On Demand order
• Pay Per View, to cancel and reorder the program, either change the video format (SD/HD) or view date (Live/Replay). Before the program starts, cancel the order and change the format by pressing:
  1. Menu > Pay-Per-View > Scheduled Purchases > select the event you want to cancel and press OK > Cancel Purchase > Yes to confirm, then place your order in the correct format

Note: After the PPV event begins, cancellations are not allowed.

• Menu > On Demand and navigate using your Arrow buttons
