VZ Navigator
Introduction
The VZ Navigator app provides turn-by-turn navigation with traffic-based routing and three-dimensional city views. VZ Navigator privacy practices are covered by Verizon’s Privacy Policy as well as the practices described here. If there is a conflict between the two policies, the practices described in this policy govern when you are using VZ Navigator.
Information we collect and how it is used
We collect contact and billing information you provide to us as well as information from your device, including your location, mobile telephone number, mobile device identifiers, your travel and speed. We also collect information about your use of VZ Navigator services, your contacts (when you request navigation to a contact’s address) and places to which you navigate (if you use our “Recents” feature).
We use this information to deliver, maintain and support VZ Navigator services, enhance application features and customize and personalize your experiences in the app.
Information we share.
We share de-identified information about your location and travel speed with third-parties that use it to enhance the traffic reporting capabilities of this application.
Your choices.
You can use your device location settings to change your choice about whether VZ Navigator uses location information.
