Once an order is complete, we’ll send a receipt or order confirmation via email or text message.
The service order confirmation will contain:
Once you’ve placed an order, you can always view and check the status at My Verizon or on the My Fios app. In addition to checking status, you can track your equipment shipping details, modify your due date and update your contact information.
View your profile online to check that we have the correct email address or mobile telephone number and that you have selected the correct preferences. Also, check to see if the email is in your SPAM or junk folder.
You can view a copy of your confirmation at My Verizon or on the My Fios app.
Each time your order changes, you will receive a new confirmation. Make sure you’re looking at the latest version sent.
While placing an order with Verizon you may be asked if you want to view a preview of the order via email or text. This is to ensure you are getting the products and services at the price you agreed to. You may get multiple order previews if there are changes made and other previews sent.
The service order confirmation is your official receipt once the order is submitted.
Your order confirmation may be different then the order preview if the order was changed prior to finally being submitted and a preview of the latest change was not sent. Order previews are not automatically sent.
